At York Vivant, every blade begins as raw steel and ends as an object meant to be kept. We forge, grind and finish by hand in Wazirabad, shaping Damascus and stainless steel into hunting knives, chef knives, swords and axes. Each piece carries a pattern that exists only once, and passes three stages of inspection before it leaves the workshop.
Kambantuli Sword
A traditional Filipino Kambantuli form, hand-forged in Damascus steel with a walnut wood and buffalo horn handle, mosaic pin detailing and a brass bolster. Ground and polished by hand, finished as a single piece rather than a production run.

York Vivant has manufactured and exported hand-forged blades since 2012. Our smiths pattern-weld Damascus billets by hand, and every piece passes three separate quality inspections before dispatch.
