From Wazirabad to the World
A City Built on Steel
York Vivant was founded in Wazirabad, Punjab — a city with a bladesmithing tradition stretching back generations. What began as a single small forge has grown into a workshop of master smiths, grinders and finishers, but the process has stayed deliberately manual: every blade is still forged, shaped and finished by hand.
Today we export hand-forged Damascus and D2 steel knives, swords and axes to collectors, chefs, retailers and private-label brands in more than twenty countries, without ever moving production onto a machine line.
